About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive who can manage the complete lifecycle of government tenders on platforms like GeM, IREPS, CGHS, and other institutional portals. The ideal candidate should be skilled in documentation, product listing, registration processes, and tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling and submitting tenders on GeM portal, including product listing, bid participation
• Manage OEM Registration process on GeM and other relevant portals
• Register and participate in Railway IREPS tenders
• Prepare documentation for CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) and other government institutional tenders
• Coordinate with departments for pricing, documentation, certifications, etc.
• Track tender announcements regularly across portals and identify relevant opportunities
• Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain documentation
• Maintain tender records and follow-up on result/status
• Communicate with government departments or authorities for clarifications/requirements
• Assist in agreement signing, rate contract preparation, and post-tender compliance
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, including product uploads and bid participation
• Knowledge of OEM Registration process, Railway Tenders (IREPS), and CGHS portals
• Familiarity with government procurement guidelines and tender documentation
• Strong communication & email writing skills
• Proficient in MS Office, PDF tools, and MS Excel
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business / Pharma / Public Procurement or relevant field
