About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and confident Tele caller who can actively reach out to potential customers, introduce Agrosaf's pharmaceutical, cosmetic, ayurvedic, and supplement product lines, and convert leads into active business. The role demands a balance of communication, persuasion, and technical proficiency in lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers across India to promote company products
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing inquiries
• Explain product details and schemes effectively to generate interest
• Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and status on MS Excel and CRM software
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly follow-ups to ensure consistent pipeline
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Assist in resolving basic queries and objections during calls
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for feedback and strategy
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in software-based calling/CRM tools
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand and explain products clearly
• Excellent negotiation and objection handling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
• Fluency in Hindi & English (other regional languages is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
