Medical Representatives (MR)

🚀About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Medical Representatives (MR) to promote and sell
our wide range of Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, Cosmetic, and Food Supplement products
across Pan India. This role involves direct interaction with doctors, chemists, hospitals, and
stockists to drive brand visibility, build trust, and achieve sales targets.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Promote company’s products to doctors, chemists, and hospitals
• Conduct regular visits to assigned healthcare professionals and outlets
• Explain product benefits, usage, and unique selling points in detail
• Generate prescriptions and ensure consistent sales from assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships
• Organize product demos, and promotional activities
• Ensure product availability with distributors and coordinate for smooth supply
• Submit daily field reports, call summaries, and feedback to the reporting manager
• Stay updated with competitor products and industry developments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs

🌈Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline (Pharmacy preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales cycle
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
• Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
• Basic understanding of field reporting tools preferred
