International Business Development Executive (IBDE)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic International Business Development Executive who will be responsible for building and managing international client relationships, handling complete export documentation, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. If you have strong knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping procedures, and experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG exports, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify & connect with new international buyers through calls, emails, trade portals, and embassy outreach.
• Handle complete export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary, Form 10/11,    etc.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020, country-specific regulations, and export standards.
• Coordinate with CHA, Freight Forwarders, and regulatory bodies for timely dispatch.
• Manage customer queries and after-sales communication across borders.
• Update and maintain export customer database & documentation records.

Required Skills:
• Proven experience in export documentation and international logistics (Min. 1.5 year mandatory)
• Good understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and DGFT/Customs procedures
• Excellent communication & email writing skills (English)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Internet research, and CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate across time zones
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills

Qualification:
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Commerce / Logistics / Pharma
• Certification in Export-Import (EXIM) will be an added advantage
