🚀 About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and people-oriented HR Manager to lead our Human
Resource operations and strategy. The role demands strong leadership, effective
communication, and a passion for building a high-performance culture.
You will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management,
compliance, and training & development across all divisions of Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for head office, field roles across India
• Drive onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values and compliance
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and surveys
• Oversee performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, goal setting)
• Maintain and analyse employee records, attrition trends, and manpower planning
• Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and skill development
• Ensure legal compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory norms
• Address grievances and build a positive, transparent workplace culture
• Support leadership in creating an environment of growth, discipline, and accountability
🌈 Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Management, MBA (HR preferred)
• 6-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in pharma/FMCG
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and HRMS
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with labour laws, PF/ESI filing, and HR documentation
• Leadership mindset with attention to detail and people-first approach
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR software (HRMS tools)
