About the Role: We are hiring a strategic and results-driven E-commerce Expert to manage and grow our
online product presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and our
own website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing listings, optimizing
product visibility, running ads, analysing sales reports, and scaling digital sales. This role
directly impacts our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) growth across PAN India.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility & ranking
• Run and manage sponsored ads/campaigns across platforms to boost conversions
• Monitor and analyse daily/weekly sales, traffic, and ad performance reports
• Coordinate with design and content teams for listing creatives and A+ content
• Handle pricing, inventory syncing, order fulfillment, and customer issue resolution
• Implement promotional campaigns, deals, and festive offers
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, policies, and best practices
• Manage e-commerce dashboards and suggest improvements for UI/UX (own website)
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics for smooth dispatch & returns management
🌈 Requirements:
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (E-commerce certification preferred)
• 2–4 years of proven experience in e-commerce management (Amazon, Flipkart must)
• Strong knowledge of SEO for listings, keyword research, and ad optimization
• Familiar with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel
• Good understanding of digital ads, analytics, and competitor tracking
• Basic photo editing & content coordination skills
• Ability to multitask, analyse data, and take quick actions
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills with internal & external teams
