About the Role: Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to drive meaningful client partnerships and business expansion. You will play a imp role in managing client relations, onboarding new partners, and growing business reach across India.


Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between Agrosaf and its clients, distributors, and partners.
• Identify and onboard new B2B clients, distributors, and retail partners.
• Maintain, nurture, and expand relationships across PAN India.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Packaging, Accounts, R&D) to ensure timely execution of orders and smooth partner experience.
• Handle sales follow-ups, client queries, issue resolution, and post-sales support.
• Track leads, pipeline status, and update CRM regularly.
• Meet business growth and relationship development targets.
• Represent Agrosaf in exhibitions, conferences, and virtual/physical B2B events (if required).


✅ Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in Pharma, FMCG, or client-servicing roles
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Good command over written/spoken English and Hindi
• Comfortable using CRM, Excel, and email professionally
• A positive, adaptable, and energetic approach to work
