The E-Commerce Growth Expert will be the most senior commercial voice driving our digital sales strategy, owning the full funnel from marketplace listings to cross-border expansion. 

Job Summary
We are looking for a Video Editor & Creative Reel Specialist to create high-quality, high-impact short-form video 
content for Agrosaf's brands. You will independently conceptualise, shoot, and edit reels and campaign videos that 
build brand recall and drive engagement across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Editing
• Create and edit high-quality short-form videos and reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Handle end-to-end post-production — cutting, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and captions.
Creative Ideation & Storytelling
• Independently bring creative ideas, hooks, and storytelling concepts to the table.
• Stay updated on trends, formats, and audio to keep content fresh and relevant.
Campaign & Brand Alignment
• Develop content aligned with brand guidelines across Pharma, Derma, Ayurveda, and Nutraceutical lines.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan content calendars for campaigns and product launches.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Plan and shoot content for upcoming reels, campaigns, and product launches.
• Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos within tight timelines.
• Source and manage music, sound effects, stock footage, and graphic assets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams on shoot schedules and briefs.
• Maintain an organised content/asset library for reuse across campaigns.

Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and reel-format storytelling
• Colour grading, audio mixing, and pacing for short-form content
• Basic videography/shooting skills (framing, lighting, stabilisation)
• Understanding of platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories)

Software & Tools
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe Photoshop / Canva
• Basic camera/gimbal equipment

Industry Knowledge
• Social media content trends, algorithms, and engagement drivers
• Short-form video storytelling for D2C/FMCG/wellness brands
• Regulatory sensitivities around pharma/health content claims (advantageous)

Soft Skills
• High creativity and independent ideation
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Time management under tight production deadlines
• Adaptability to fast-changing trends and formats
• Collaborative mindset while working with marketing and product teams

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience creating content for D2C, FMCG, or health/wellness brands
• A strong personal or professional portfolio/reel showreel
• Exposure to paid ad creative formats (advantageous)
