About the Role: The Client Onboarding & Tele-Sales is responsible for generating new business opportunities through telecalling and managing the onboarding process for new pharmaceutical clients such as pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining pharmaceutical products and services, converting leads into clients, and ensuring smooth client registration and onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers across India to promote company products
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing inquiries
• Explain product details and schemes effectively to generate interest
• Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and status on MS Excel and CRM software
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly follow-ups to ensure consistent pipeline
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Assist in resolving basic queries and objections during calls
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for feedback and strategy


Required Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in software-based calling/CRM tools
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand and explain products clearly
• Excellent negotiation and objection handling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
• Fluency in Hindi & English (other regional languages is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus


Qualification:
• Graduate in any field
