SR. BUSINESS ANALYST

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst who loves turning data into insights that drive business decisions. You’ll play a key role in helping teams to understand business trends, consumer behavior, and performance metrics through your analysis and visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle — from understanding business questions to presenting actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards, predictive models, and analytical reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Use data to forecast trends, identify growth opportunities, and highlight potential business risks
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency by implementing best practices in validation and governance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to support strategic projects and experiments.
• Design and optimize data models and reporting structures for efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to improve data pipelines and analytical processes
• Stay updated on the latest data tools, trends, and analytical methods to improve the function continuously.

Required Skills:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business analytics
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or visualization tool (like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Ability to understand and explain products clearly
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Good communication skills — able to explain data findings to non-technical team members.
• Fluency in Hindi & English (other regional languages are a plus)
• Should be persuasive, detail-oriented, and result-focused
