Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Senior Data cum Business Analyst who can convert data into meaningful business insights and support strategic decision-making across departments.
This role is suited for a professional who is strong in data analytics, understands business operations, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-growing organization.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights
- Create dashboards, MIS & performance reports for management
- Conduct business analysis to improve sales, marketing & operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations)
- Track KPIs, trends, forecasting & business performance
- Support leadership with data-backed recommendations
- Handle multiple projects with strong ownership and accuracy
🧠 Required Skills & Tools
- Strong expertise in Data Analysis & Business Analysis
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI / Tableau, SQL
- Good understanding of KPIs, business metrics & reporting structures
- Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills
🎓 Experience & Eligibility
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Pharma / FMCG / E-commerce / high-growth companies preferred
- Must be a strong multi-tasker and problem solver
