Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Senior Data cum Business Analyst who can convert data into meaningful business insights and support strategic decision-making across departments.
This role is suited for a professional who is strong in data analytics, understands business operations, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-growing organization.
Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights
Create dashboards, MIS & performance reports for management
Conduct business analysis to improve sales, marketing & operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations)
Track KPIs, trends, forecasting & business performance
Support leadership with data-backed recommendations
Handle multiple projects with strong ownership and accuracy
Strong expertise in Data Analysis & Business Analysis
Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI / Tableau, SQL
Good understanding of KPIs, business metrics & reporting structures
Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in Pharma / FMCG / E-commerce / high-growth companies preferred
Must be a strong multi-tasker and problem solver
