About the Role: We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering a high-quality healthcare products and building strong relationships with our retail network. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic, proactive sales manager to lead our sales operations and drive growth across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists to drive product placement and sales.
• Manage and expand the retail sales channel, identifying opportunities for growth through both online and offline platforms.
• Oversee daily sales operations, monitor performance, and ensure timely collections.
• Conduct market visits to understand competition, market demand, and customer feedback.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve goals effectively
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth product availability and promotional support.
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management review.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–8 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record in retail and D2C sales
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a start-up environment and take ownership of results.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Excel & email communications.
