Performance Marketing Specialist

The E-Commerce Growth Expert will be the most senior commercial voice driving our digital sales strategy, owning the full funnel from marketplace listings to cross-border expansion.
Job Summary
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across
Google, Meta, and Amazon Ads for Agrosaf's Pharma, Derma, Ayurveda, and Nutraceutical brands. You will own
campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and budget allocation to ROAS optimisation and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads.
• Build campaign structures aligned to business goals — lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
Budget & Performance Management
• Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximise ROAS and minimise CPL/CPA.
• Monitor and report on lead generation quality and conversion performance.
Optimisation & Testing
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Continuously optimise targeting, placements, and budgets based on performance data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the creative team to brief and refine ad creatives.
• Coordinate with sales/CRM teams to track lead quality and closure rates
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Monitor daily campaign performance across Google, Meta, and Amazon Ads accounts.
• Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting based on real-time performance data.
• Brief the creative team on new ad creatives/formats needed for campaigns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for leadership review.
• Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, or conversion measurement issues.
Technical Skills
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Ads
• Strong understanding of campaign structuring, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
• Conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution fundamentals
• Data analysis for CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate optimisation
Software & Tools
• Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Amazon Ads Console
• Google Analytics
• Google Data Studio/Looker Studio (preferred)
• Excel / Google Sheets
Industry Knowledge
• Performance marketing benchmarks for pharma, D2C, and FMCG lead generation
• Regulatory considerations for advertising health/pharma products
• Regional and vernacular ad targeting strategies across Indian markets
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work under performance pressure and tight timelines
• Clear reporting and communication with leadership
• Collaborative approach with creative and sales teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience running performance campaigns for pharma, health, or D2C brands
• Exposure to regional-language ad creatives and multi-state campaign structuring
• Familiarity with CRM/lead tracking integration
