🚀About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Medical Representatives (MR) to promote and sell
our wide range of Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, Cosmetic, and Food Supplement products
across Pan India. This role involves direct interaction with doctors, chemists, hospitals, and
stockists to drive brand visibility, build trust, and achieve sales targets.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.
- Explain product features, benefits, dosage, and clinical advantages to healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness among doctors.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
- Ensure availability and visibility of company products at pharmacies and stockists.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct product presentations and participate in promotional activities, CMEs, and medical meetings.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities in the territory.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.
- Maintain accurate records of daily doctor calls, sales activities, and territory reports.
- Submit daily/weekly reports through CRM or company reporting systems.
- Plan and organize daily work schedules to maximize doctor coverage.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical promotion practices.
- Continuously update knowledge about products, diseases, and market trends.
🌈Requirements:
- Age usually 21–30 years (preferred for entry level)
- Two-wheeler with driving license (for field visits)
- Willingness to travel in assigned territory
- Basic computer/mobile reporting skills (CRM apps)
📄Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- B.Sc (Life Sciences / Biology / Microbiology / Biotechnology)
- D.Pharm
