Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify potential countries for pharmaceutical  exports and analyse demand for various medicines. 
  • Develop relationships with international buyers, distributors,  and importers. 
  • Ensure all products meet the required legal and  regulatory standards for different countries. 
  • Manage all export-related paperwork, including invoices,  shipping documents, and regulatory approvals. 
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. 
  • Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and  business agreements.
  • Leverage your existing network of merchant exporters to  form strategic partnerships and expand business.
  • Must have hands-on experience in international pharmaceutical exports.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical exports. 
  • Strong knowledge of international markets & medicine regulations. 
  • Familiarity with global trade policies & documentation (EXIM, DGFT, FDA, etc.)
  • Experience in buyer acquisition & international sales. 
  • Ability to build and manage a team as the department grows.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and build an export team over time. 
  • Experience in exporting to regulated & semi-regulated markets is highly preferred.
