Digital Marketing & SEO Manager 

Full-time Agra Manager / Senior IC 5+ Years Experience 

 

Agrosaf is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company serving 20,000+ customers across 28 states, backed by the BM Group. Our product portfolio spans OTC healthcare, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals — categories where brand trust is everything and digital visibility drives purchase decisions. The Digital Marketing & SEO Manager will own our entire online presence, turning strategic vision into measurable growth across search, social, content, and paid channels. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL OWN 

SEO & Organic Growth 

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy — technical SEO, on-page optimisation, link building, and Core Web Vitals — for the company website and product landing pages 
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research for OTC, cosmetics, and nutraceutical categories, mapping intent to content and product pages 
  • Build and execute a content calendar: blog articles, ingredient explainers, health guides, and FAQs that rank and convert 
  • Drive local SEO for the Agra market — Google Business Profile, local citations, and geo-targeted landing pages 
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and SERP features using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Search Console and report progress to leadership 

Paid Media & Performance Marketing 

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and YouTube campaigns across the product portfolio 
  • Manage the paid marketing budget with a clear focus on CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin by product category 
  • Build retargeting and lifecycle campaigns to increase repeat purchase rates across OTC, cosmetics, and nutraceutical buyers 
  • Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments — document findings and iterate fast 
  • Coordinate with marketplace teams to align sponsored ads on Amazon and Flipkart with brand-level messaging 

 

Brand, Content & Social Media 

  • Develop and enforce brand voice guidelines for all digital touchpoints — website, social media, email, and WhatsApp 
  • Manage social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, adapting content tone for health-conscious consumers and trade buyers 
  • Oversee influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns for cosmetics and nutraceutical product lines, ensuring ASCI and drug advertising compliance 
  • Build email and WhatsApp marketing flows for acquisition, onboarding, and retention of D2C customers 
  • Collaborate with design, product, and regulatory teams to produce compliant creatives that convert 

Analytics, Team & Vision Execution 

  • Own the digital marketing P&L — set channel-wise KPIs, track spend efficiency, and present monthly performance reviews to leadership 
  • Build and manage a team of SEO executives, content writers, graphic designers, and performance marketers 
  • Translate leadership's commercial vision into quarterly digital roadmaps with clear milestones and ownership 
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform policy changes, and category-specific advertising restrictions (CDSCO, FSSAI, ASCI) 
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, E-commerce, and Product teams to align campaigns with new launches and business priorities

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with direct ownership of growth metrics in at least two of these categories: OTC healthcare, cosmetics & personal care, nutraceuticals / dietary supplements 
  • Proven expertise in SEO — technical, on-page, and off-page — with demonstrated ranking improvements on competitive health or beauty keywords 
  • Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads with experience managing budgets above ₹10 lakhs per month 
  • Experience using analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, and basic Excel/Sheets modelling 
  • Understanding of advertising compliance for health products — ASCI guidelines, CDSCO claims restrictions, and FSSAI labelling norms 
  • Prior team management experience — you have hired, briefed, and grown at least a 3–5 person digital team 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate a leadership-level vision or GTM plan into an actionable digital marketing roadmap 
  • Excellent written communication in English and Hindi — you can write a product headline and a strategy memo with equal fluency 

 

NICE TO HAVE 

  • Experience with D2C platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce and familiarity with CRO principles 
  • Exposure to marketplace SEO — Amazon A9 / A10 algorithm, listing optimisation, and Flipkart search ranking 
  • Knowledge of Ayurvedic product marketing and AYUSH regulatory requirements 
  • Prior experience at a pharma, FMCG, or health-tech brand at a growth or scale-up stage 
  • Comfort with basic HTML/CSS for implementing SEO fixes without always relying on a developer 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, MoEngage, or WebEngage
