Content Creator & Brand Influencer

Agrosaf is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company serving 20,000+ customers across 28 states, backed by the BM Group. We are scaling our direct-to-consumer and B2B e-commerce channels aggressively — both within India and across international markets. The E-Commerce Growth Expert will be the most senior commercial voice driving our digital sales strategy, owning the full funnel from marketplace listings to cross-border expansion.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Content Creator & Brand Influencer to become the face of Agrosaf's brand content — creating
original, authentic content and representing the brand across social media, campaigns, and videos. This role blends
content creation with on-camera brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
• Create original, engaging content for the company's brands across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Independently plan and produce social media content, from concept to posting.
Brand Representation
• Appear on-camera in brand videos, campaigns, and product features.
• Represent Agrosaf's brand voice and personality consistently across content.
Influencer & Campaign Support
• Support influencer collaborations, brand promotions, and campaign rollouts.
• Coordinate with the video editing and marketing teams for shoots and content calendars.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Plan content ideas and scripts in coordination with the marketing team.
• Participate in shoots for reels, campaigns, and product content.
• Engage with the brand's social media community and respond to comments/DMs where relevant.
• Track content performance and iterate based on engagement trends.
• Coordinate with influencers/collaborators for joint content and promotions.
Technical Skills
• Comfort and confidence on camera
• Basic content planning and scripting ability
• Familiarity with Instagram/YouTube content formats and best practices
• Basic editing skills (Reels/CapCut) are a plus, though not mandatory
Software & Tools
• Instagram / YouTube creator tools
• CapCut / basic mobile editing apps
• Canva
• WhatsApp/Slack for team coordination
Industry Knowledge
• Social media trends, formats, and audience engagement patterns
• Influencer marketing and brand collaboration practices
• Basic understanding of health/wellness/D2C brand communication
Soft Skills
• Camera confidence and natural on-screen presence
• Creativity and originality in content ideas
• Strong communication and personality-driven storytelling
• Consistency and discipline in content output
• Openness to feedback and brand guideline adherence
Preferred Qualifications
• An active personal social media presence (Instagram followers 5,000–10,000+ preferred)
• Prior experience in content creation, modelling, or influencer collaborations
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Given the on-camera and brand-representation nature of this role, female candidates with an active personal brand
are preferred.
• Candidates with 5K–10K+ Instagram followers and strong camera confidence will be prioritised.
• Final selection will be based on content quality, authenticity, and brand fit rather than follower count alone.
