Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients and distributors. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. 
  • Sales Target: 
       1) Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
       2) Promote Agrosaf’s wide range of pharmaceutical products to customers. 
  • Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure the availability of  products and promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback from the market to support product development and marketing  strategies. 
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain detailed records of interactions with clients.
  • Educate clients about Agrosaf’s product portfolio.
     

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.  
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
