Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing pharmaceutical and agrochemical company serving 20,000+ customers across 28 states, backed by the BM Group. We run a complex, multi-layered business — and we need someone who can see through the complexity and tell us what is really happening. WHO YOU ARE
Inquisitive by nature You don't just answer the question asked. You question the question. You want to understand why something works before you say whether it should. | Self-initiated, always No one tells you what to analyse next. You've already spotted the gap, pulled the data, and drafted a recommendation before the meeting starts. | Pharma-fluent You understand how a pharma business actually runs — field force, stockists, therapy areas, margins, and compliance. Data without context is noise. |
Communicates with clarity You can take a 10-sheet Excel analysis and explain what it means in 3 bullet points to a CMO or in plain language to a field manager. | Goes beyond the brief When asked to analyse sales, you also flag a supply chain risk you noticed along the way. Staying in your lane is not your style. | Ownership mindset You don't deliver reports and walk away. You stay in the room until the insight has been understood, debated, and acted upon. |
REQUIREMENTS
NICE TO HAVE
This is not a role where you will be given a dashboard to maintain and a report to send every Monday. You will build the dashboards. You will decide what goes in the report. And when you notice something no one asked you to look at — you will speak up. If you need a defined scope to feel productive, this is not the right fit. If you thrive when every business problem is fair game and your curiosity is your biggest asset — we want to hear from you.
