Brand Partnerships & Business Alliances Executive

Agrosaf is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company serving 20,000+ customers across 28 states, backed by the BM Group. We are scaling our direct-to-consumer and B2B e-commerce channels aggressively — both within India and across international markets. The E-Commerce Growth Expert will be the most senior commercial voice driving our digital sales strategy, owning the full funnel from marketplace listings to cross-border expansion.
Job Summary
We are hiring a Brand Partnerships & Business Alliances Executive to build and manage relationships with brands,
vendors, agencies, consultants, and strategic partners. You will identify new collaboration opportunities and support
Agrosaf's expansion into new platforms and alliances.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, vendors, agencies, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders on ongoing collaborations.
Business Development
• Identify new collaboration opportunities and business partnerships aligned with Agrosaf's growth goals.
• Support new platform onboarding and alliance development across categories.
Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate with internal marketing and branding teams on partnership-linked initiatives.
• Track partnership pipelines and follow up on deliverables and timelines.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Research and shortlist potential brand, vendor, and agency partners.
• Reach out to prospective partners and manage outreach follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and onboarding documentation for new alliances.
• Maintain a partnership tracker with status, next steps, and outcomes.
• Liaise between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Technical Skills
• Strong business communication (written and verbal)
• Basic negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Ability to research and evaluate potential partners/platforms
• Comfort with CRM/tracking tools for pipeline management
Software & Tools
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Email & CRM tools
• LinkedIn (for outreach and networking)
• PowerPoint/Canva for partnership decks
Industry Knowledge
• B2B partnership and alliance-building practices
• Pharma, D2C, and FMCG vendor/agency ecosystems
• Basic understanding of brand collaboration and co-marketing models
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Confidence in outreach and relationship-building with external stakeholders
• Organised and follow-through oriented
• Collaborative, team-first attitude
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior internship/experience in business development, partnerships, or client servicing
• Existing network within brand, agency, or vendor ecosystems (advantageous)
