E-Commerce Growth Expert

Agrosaf is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company serving 20,000+ customers across 28 states, backed by the BM Group. We are scaling our direct-to-consumer and B2B e-commerce channels aggressively — both within India and across international markets. The E-Commerce Growth Expert will be the most senior commercial voice driving our digital sales strategy, owning the full funnel from marketplace listings to cross-border expansion. 

 

Job Summary
We are hiring an E-Commerce Growth Specialist to own and scale Agrosaf's D2C and marketplace business across 
Indian and international platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management — from listings 
and catalogue optimisation to sales growth, performance tracking, and new marketplace onboarding — across 
platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, PharmEasy, Healthmug, Blinkit, and Instamart etc.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
• Manage and scale Agrosaf's D2C business across all e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, 
PharmEasy, Healthmug, Blinkit, and Instamart.
• Own seller/vendor accounts end-to-end — account health, compliance, and performance metrics.
Listing & Catalogue Optimisation
• Create, optimise, and maintain product listings, catalogues, and content across marketplaces.
• Improve listing quality through keyword research, A+ content, imagery, and pricing strategy.
Sales & Performance Growth
• Drive sales growth through platform-specific promotions, deals, and visibility campaigns.
• Track sales, conversion, and ranking metrics; identify and act on growth opportunities.
International & New Marketplace Expansion
• Explore and onboard Agrosaf's product portfolio onto international marketplaces (e.g., GCC, Southeast Asia, 
iHerb-style platforms).
• Evaluate new marketplace and quick-commerce opportunities as they emerge.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Monitor daily sales, inventory, and listing health across all marketplace dashboards.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Run and optimise on-platform promotions, deals, and ad placements.
• Analyse weekly/monthly sales data and prepare growth reports for leadership.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers to resolve listing, ranking, or compliance issues.
• Benchmark competitor pricing, listings, and promotions.

Technical Skills
• Strong working knowledge of marketplace seller panels (Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
• Catalogue and listing management, including keyword and SEO optimisation
• Understanding of marketplace advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands) and ROAS management
• Data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets for sales and performance reporting
• Basic understanding of inventory, FBA/logistics, and order fulfilment workflows

Software & Tools
• Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Ads
• Flipkart Seller Hub
• Blinkit / Instamart / Zepto partner dashboards
• PharmEasy / Healthmug partner portals
• Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Google Analytics (working knowledge, preferred)

Industry Knowledge
• D2C and e-commerce growth strategies for FMCG/pharma/wellness categories
• Marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and buy-box mechanics
• Quick-commerce (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto) operating models
• Cross-border/international marketplace expansion practices

Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
• High ownership and result orientation
• Effective negotiation with marketplace account managers and partners
• Attention to detail and process discipline
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams (logistics, marketing, finance)

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in health, wellness, FMCG, or pharma e-commerce
• Exposure to international marketplace onboarding
• Experience managing a portfolio of 100+ SKUs across multiple platforms
