Role Overview

We are hiring a Key Account Manager to handle and grow our existing customer accounts. You will own day-to-day client relationships, drive repeat orders, re-activate inactive accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role is execution-focused — about consistent follow-ups, strong relationships and steady growth from the customer base we already have.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management — Handle and manage existing customer accounts and business relationships.
  • Follow-Up Discipline — Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continuous business activity.
  • Repeat Business — Generate repeat orders and grow sales from existing customers.
  • Relationship Building — Build strong long-term relationships with distributors, dealers and business partners.
  • Customer Coordination — Coordinate with customers on orders, dispatch, payments and product requirements.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell — Track customer buying patterns and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Query Resolution — Ensure timely response and resolution of customer queries.
  • CRM & Trackers — Maintain CRM records, follow-up trackers and customer database updates.
  • Internal Coordination — Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
  • Account Performance — Monitor account performance and contribute to sales growth targets.
  • Account Re-Activation — Re-activate inactive or low-performing accounts through regular follow-ups and engagement.
  • Business Communication — Maintain professional business communication and relationship management.
  • Retention & Growth — Support overall business development and customer retention activities.

  • Knowledge of customer retention and account growth strategies
  • Experience handling B2B clients 

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 1–3 years in account management, key accounts, business development or B2B sales
  • Qualification: Graduate in any stream
  • Location: Must be based in Agra or willing to relocate — this is a Head Office role
