Role Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute our paid marketing engine across Meta and Google. You will run day-to-day campaigns, generate qualified leads, track performance, and work closely with the sales team to convert those leads into revenue. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys numbers, creatives, and clear results.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Ads Execution — Plan, set up and run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end (Search, Display, Lead Gen, Retargeting).
- Lead Generation — Run lead generation campaigns and ensure a steady flow of quality leads to the sales team.
- Budget & ROI — Track daily spends, optimise CPL/CPA, monitor ROAS and reallocate budgets to top performers.
- Audience Targeting — Build custom and lookalike audiences and run structured retargeting funnels.
- Creative Coordination — Coordinate with designers for ad creatives, briefs, copy and timely asset delivery.
- Landing Pages — Coordinate landing page builds, A/B test variants and improve conversion rates.
- Tracking & Analytics — Set up and monitor conversion tracking, GA4, pixels and UTMs. Share clean weekly and monthly reports.
- SEO & Content — Apply basic on-page SEO and plan campaign-supporting content (creatives, posts, short videos).
- Social Media Management — Support and manage social media activities to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
- Competitor Tracking — Track competitor ads, offers and positioning across digital platforms and share useful findings.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Campaign planning, execution and day-to-day optimisation
- ROAS / ROI tracking and budget optimisation
- Lead generation campaigns and performance marketing fundamentals
- Audience targeting and retargeting setups
- Conversion tracking, pixel setup and UTM discipline
- Google Analytics (GA4) and clean reporting
- Basic SEO understanding
- Social media marketing and Whatsaap Marketing
- Coordinating ad creatives and landing pages
- Content planning support for campaigns
- Marketing data analysis with Excel — pivot tables, basic formulas, dashboards
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in pharma, healthcare or B2B & D2C brands
- Exposure to CRM tools and lead-management workflows
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager
- Comfort working in Hindi + English markets across multiple states
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–3 years in digital / performance marketing
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Marketing / Business preferred)
- Location: Must be based in Agra or willing to relocate — this is a Head Office role
